Director
Started his banking career with Continental Merchant Bank Plc and moved from there to Capital Bancorp Limited, a foremost investment Banking firm. While in Capital Bancorp he was involved in the privatization of African petroleum Plc. Prior to his joining Fidelity Security Limited now FSL Securities Limited, He worked at Magnum Trust Bank Plc, (now Sterling Bank) where he was the Head of the Bank’s Investment Banking Department. He is a dealing Clerk of The Nigeria Stock Exchange, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Mr. Okenwa holds Masters in Business Administrations (MBA) from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma and has over 25 years cognate experience in banking and finance.MR. ALFRED DAUDU

He is the Chief Executive Officer of FSL Insurance Limited. He is a graduate of Insurance from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo Lagos and holds an MBA from the Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port-Harcourt. He is also an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and the Nigerian Council of registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB).MRS. RITA UNUIGBOJE
Chief Executive Officer
Rita Unuigboje joined FSL Management Services Ltd in January 2021, from the United Bank for Africa Plc, where she had worked for the past 15 years; working across strategy, customer service, business development and operations. In her last role, she was Head of the Retail Banking Operations team; responsible for diverse processing teams, delivering critical services to the Bank’s esteemed customers that have helped to achieve the Bank’s strategic goals.Prior to working with UBA Plc, Rita worked with, Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria as Service Quality Manager, ensuring a dedicated and resourceful customer service platform, for over 4 years, Standard Trust Bank and FSB International Bank, where she began her banking career back in 1995.
In her various roles, across these Institutions, Rita has exhibited leadership, execution and operational excellence abilities that have led to various impactful successes.
Rita holds a B.Sc. in Management, from the University of Port Harcourt, an M.Sc. in International Banking and Finance from the University of Greenwich, London, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management from the European School of Management and Technology, Berlin. Germany. She has attended various management and leadership programmes, including most recently, the Women in Leadership Programme at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, South Africa

MRS. FOLAKE ADESANYA
Head of Human Resources
A graduate of English Language from University of Ilorin with a masters degree in Industrial & Labour relations from University of Lagos. She is an Associate member of the chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)A Human Resources generalist professional with over 15years cognate experience spanning consulting & Financial Institutions with scope covering Recruitment, Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, organizational Development & performing management. Prior to joining FSL Security Ltd, she has worked in Fidelity, Keystone Bank Ltd, & UBA Plc amongst others.
MR. OJEBOLA JOSEPH
Chief Financial Officer
He is a graduate of Accounting from Osun state Polytechnic, Iree, HND Upper Credit in 2001. He is also a graduate of Accounting from University of Lagos, B.Sc, First Class in 2011. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) USA. Joseph has over 12 years working experience. He is the Chief Financial Officer of FSL Group.MR. ODION AKEEM

He is the Head of Operations. Odion is a graduate of Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria. Odion also has M.Sc in Business Administration from the same institution. He is an Associate of Institute of Strategic Human Capital Manager (ASHCM) .Mr. Odion Akeem has worked at various institutions including Royal Exchange Plc and Fidelity Bank Plc. He has over 12years working experience as HR Analyst.
