MR. CHRIS OKENWA
Managing Director/CEO
Started his banking career with Continental Merchant Bank Plc and moved from there to Capital Bancorp Limited, a foremost investment banking firm. While in Capital Bancorp he was involved in the privatization of African Petroleum Plc. Prior to his joining FSL Securities Limited, he worked at Magnum Trust Bank Plc, where he was the Head of the Bank’s Investment Banking department. Mr. Okenwa is a dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He also holds Master in Business Administration from Edo State University, Ekpoma. He has over 15 years experience in investment Banking.MR. IHENACHO ANISTUS
Head, Compliance
He is a graduate of accountancy from Abia State University Uturu. Anistus is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and a Certified Management Accountant. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, London, United Kingdom and holds an MBA from the University of Calabar. Prior to joining FSL Securities Limited, he was at DBSL Securities Limited as Head of Accounts. He has 20 years of varied experience cutting across Accounting practice, manufacturing, and oil servicing, banking and stock broking. He joined FSL Securities in 2004 and currently heads Compliance and Risk Management Department.MR. GANIYU AWONIYI
Head of Capital Markets
With a B.Sc from University of Ibadan and MBA from University of Ilorin, Mr. Awoniyi started his career with Capital Bancorp where he rose to become Head of Stock broking. He is also an Associate Chartered Stockbroker and a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He later moved to the Investment Division of Nigeria America bank Ltd and thereafter had a stint with FCMB from where he joined MBC securities Ltd. He is currently with FSL Securities Ltd, bringing to bear almost 15years of experience in the Capital Market.MR. OBINNA B. AZUIKE
Head, Business Development & Structured Finance
A graduate of Microbiology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. He has an MBA from University Of Nigeria Nsukka, and an M.Sc in Management and Investment Strategy from Nottingham Trent University U.K. He has over 7 years banking experience spanning Relationship Management in both Corporate and Commercial banking from Standard Trust Bank (UBA Plc) and Citizens Bank Ltd (Spring Bank Plc). He joined Fidelity Bank Plc in 2008 and was seconded to FSL Securities Ltd. He heads the Business Development and Structured Finance unit.MR. INNOCENT UNAH
Head, Corporate Finance and Advisory
Innocent head the Corporate and Financial & Advisory Unit of FSL Securities Limited. Prior to joining FSL, he was in charge of the Corporate Finance & Advisory Unit of Planet Capital Limited, where he oversaw the execution of a number of fund raising (equity and debt) transactions.Innocent commenced his investment banking career in the Corporate Finance and Advisory group of Diamond Capital and Financial Markets Limited where he was involved in various advisory, issuing house, project finance, and fund raising deals. He also served as an Analyst with the Credit Analysis Group of the former Diamond Bank Plc. His professional experience spans Corporate Finance, Financial Control, Audit and Credit Risk Management.
He holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MBA from the Lagos Business School of the Pan-Atlantic University. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Innocent is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and has passed the level 2 examinations of the Certified Financial Analysts (CFA) Institute.He heads the Business Development and Structured Finance unit.
